A laid-off worker in China has invented something across a motor tricycle and a helicopter. He Qilun, of Southwest China’s Chongqing Municipality, debuted the weird-looking thing, which he claims could fly like a helicopter this Tuesday afternoon. The 47-year old said, “I am ready to apply for a Genuine Record, and a patent as well.” But experts doubted if the “helicopter” could really take off at all, adding that many similar attempts have failed previously.
