A conventional way to chill beer fast( less than 15 min) is to put the beer cans or bottles, in a tub full of ice and water. Fire extingushers work, but make a mess. Liquid nitrogen will break down the molecular structure of the beer. Ice and water work the best, if you can wait 15 min.
